Business Associate, WALDWICK 142
BA I: Performs a variety of front desk activities that support the Center and professional staff and performs a variety of essential services (checking-in, checking-out, etc.) as directed or requested by the Business Associate II and/or Practice Manager.
BA II: Performs front desk activities that support he Center and professional staff and performs a variety of essential services (checking-in, checking-out, etc.) as directed or requested by the Practice Manager in support of the Business Associate I functions.
High school diploma or equivalent and completion of formal coursework in office management, database management or business. Computer literacy required.
BA I: Six (6) months of previous customer service/data entry, administrative/office management/clerical experience required. BA II: 1-2 years of previous customer service/data entry, administrative/office management/clerical experience required.
Outstanding interpersonal, service excellence behavior and customer service skills required. Strong orientation towards the provisions of high quality, cost effective and comprehensive medical care.
Ability to use effective organizational and time management skills to set priorities and respond quickly to urgent/emergent situations. Strong communication-both oral and written to convey information in a clear and concise manner to persons of varied age groups, customers and/or groups. Ability to create, maintain and support a high functioning team; establish and foster cooperative working relationships with staff and management; and function effectively as part of that team.
