Background:
As an Business Area Manager/Division VP, you will lead project teams to meet the needs of the customer. The Candidate will work with company leads, engineers, scientists, and other members of the company on research, development, analysis, test and evaluation.
Job Duties:
Managing and successfully implementing the division's RDT&E strategic goals while managing relationships with internal and external customers.
Responsibility orchestrating the strategic direction and operational execution that aligns with the company's overarching goals. This role involves a blend of leadership, foresight, and managerial acumen to ensure the division not only meets its targets but also contributes significantly to the success of the entire organization.
Ensure that the division's strategies are implemented effectively, fostering innovation, efficiency, and growth.
Navigate complex challenges, motivate and lead a diverse team towards achieving exceptional results to guide SENTIR into the future.
Collaborate closely with other executives and departments to ensure alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Provide key stakeholders with awareness of plans and progress
Collect and monitor key metrics to guide program decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must possess a TS/SCI clearance
Must have at least 20 years experience in management
M.S. or M.P.A in Science or Public Administration
Strong ability to communicate orally and written
Knowledgeable in technical report writing
Must have expertise in Modeling, Simulation and Analysis Domain
Skilled in task management/prioritization and sensitive information handling
Able to travel for studies, meetings and conferences
Proactiveness and promptness
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with MS Project, Access and MS Office
Experience with MBSE/SysML
Experience with AFSIM
Experience with C++, Java, UML, SQL, XML, HTML, JavaScript, NetBeans, Eclipse
Familiarity with the Air Force research and development environment
Familiarity with classified software development, release delivery and distribution
Familiarity with Digital Engineering
