You will work directly with the business on requirements and with your teammates to handle development, delivery and support of systems and vendor integrations. As your understanding of our business and technology base grows, you will increasingly drive the requirements, business analysis, and architectural decisions for your systems.
We are looking for a full stack .NET application developer for our B. Riley Wealth Management business line, which has 170+ financial advisors and $10 billion
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Partner with B. Riley's Wealth business and operations groups to deliver and manage applications that drive efficiency and business effectiveness.
Identify key performance indicators and build business intelligence solutions for business leadership and financial advisors.
Collaborate with your team members on development and support.
Required Skills and Expertise:
Hands-on application development and full SDLC experience
Microsoft ASP.NET Core / C#
Microsoft SQL Server
Education, Experience, and additional Skills that would be a plus:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
At least five (5) years' experience in programming software product and development, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Business Intelligence tools, e.g.PowerBI or Tableau
Azure and Mobile app dev
Experience with wealth management or retail brokerage.
Experience integrating with First Clearing or NFS.
Physical Activities and Requirements of the position:
The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Some travel may be required and work over the weekends may be required, as necessary.
