The Pivotal team located in San Francisco is seeking a Business Applications Intern to join our team for the summer 2019. This role will be responsible for working closely with team members and managers implement and document processes / systems and execute on projects that are essential to the business's success.
Required Skills / Experiences
Quickly understand our end-to-end processes to help proactively address potential issues or bottlenecks.
Drive improved documentation of processes to improve continuity and consistency in operations.
Support cross functional ad hoc initiatives.
Monitoring of key system processes
Participate with cross functional business teams to act as a critical node in the feedback loop allowing Pivotal to enhance systems continuously.
Desired Skills / Experiences
Finance/Business/Engineering/Science student, continuing junior or senior preferred.
Demonstrated analytical ability and attention to detail.
Strong self-starter with robust problem solving, organization, time management & prioritization skills and demonstrated ability to multitask.
Ability to liaise with multiple internal divisions and departments; cross functional skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept quantitative abilities.
Proficient with G Suite products.
Experience with software subscription business models , software development, or enterprise applications a plus.
