Job Description Summary
This role will be a part of product management team for Hospitality business unit, responsible of supporting daily sales and marketing operations tasks, monthly sales reporting for strategic accounts, weekly POS data and demand forecasting fluctuation analysis as well as ad-hoc support for Sr. Product Manager. Sales operations tasks include order management and tracking, coordination with BOC and Logistics, FOC/demo/sample unit management. Product marketing tasks are price positioning, promotional program management, competitive market intelligence and benchmarking as well as macro trend identification. Lastly, this individual will also be managing weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with select customers, actively coordinate the S&OP planning and identify risk & opportunity predicated upon the current forecastsall while requiring the individual to work independently to provide analysis that is concise and actionable.
Performance will be measured against assigned sales goals and its achievement, channel inventory targets (WOS) and forecast accuracy.
Role and Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibility
Macro trend, competitive market intelligence and benchmarking, customer segmentation report
Pricing strategy and promotional program analysis price positioning, e-bulletin distribution, program management and ROI (POS, SPA, Claim & Expenses) analysis
Weekly CPFR process involvement and active S&OP coordination with select customers as well as risk and opportunity analysis on current forecasts (AP1 forecasting, fluctuation analysis, risk management and mitigation plan)
Consolidation of monthly sell-through reporting as required for major hotel flag brands as specified in the direct contractual vendor agreements
Daily Sales operations:
Order tracking and managementliaison between customer, BOC, and creditdrive order execution and resolve blocks.
Marketing support FOC process, demo shipment, sample tracking, etc.
Forecast expenses for demos, issue payments for invoices related to marketing expenses, logistics (TTI), etc.
Ad-hoc supportadditional duties and responsibilities as assigned from Senior Product Manager

Skills and Qualifications
5+ years prior experience in Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Analytics. Experience with Supply Chain Management (CPFR/S&OP) is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Finance.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point and Office Suites. Experience with SAP, Salesforce, GSBN, GSCM is a plus.
Independent thinking, problem-solving, intellectually curious (asks intelligent questions and consistently probes for answers).
Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
Bilingual (Korean) preferred.
