Summary:

The Go-to-Market Analytics Manager has primary responsibility for the design and development of standard reports and analytical tools for the commercial teams to help the business make better decisions, faster.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Coordinates the operations and procedures for commercial reporting including ticket management, prioritization, spec creation, UAT coordination and communication to key stakeholders. "Go-to-Market" includes support for Sales (Wholesale, eComm, Retail), Product and Marketing teams

  • Gains Global alignment on request prioritization for function; Provides transparency to Analytics and Solution teams on initiatives and provides visibility on progress and risks to key global stakeholders

  • Participates in front-end build out of reports

  • Drives roadmap and vision for advancing analytics in alignment with overall strategy and focus on maximizing ROI

  • Aligns the global function around standard reporting practices through meetings and documenting the rules to drive "one truth" view of the data

  • Ensures consistent practices are used throughout the company to maintain the integrity of our systems and data

  • Seeks out creative solutions to problems and opportunities for continuous improvement across all commercial reporting platforms

  • Supports training initiatives as it relates to commercial reporting

  • Defines standard processes around master data set up and setting expectations on required inputs

Job Requirements

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in the fields of Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience:

  • 5 years of professional experience in a Business Analytics or Reporting type capacity.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of commercial processes and terminology

  • Strong communication skills; ability to interact with technical teams, communicate technical information to non-technical audiences and gain buy-in from management

  • Solid technical skills and understanding of IT concepts; requires advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service; anticipates and exceeds expectations by solving problems effectively and making customer issues a priority

  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected; must be a problem solver and comfortable dealing with ambiguity

  • Ability to think strategically and operate tactically

  • Shows aspiration in role by taking initiative with appropriate projects, tasks and job duties

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with SAP OTC, Pricing

  • Experience with Product Profitability reporting

  • Experience with SAP BI Webi and Analysis, BPC and/or Power BI

Travel:

  • Ability to travel if required; approximately 10%

VIEW JOBS 12/7/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-03-06T00:00 SUMMARY: This position will oversee IT support and service functions for Crocs users in at the corporate HQ, and be responsible for coordination of standard global processes and technologies. The selected candidate will proactively manage the technology support function for Crocs and will collaborate with IT Operations & Applications teams, plus the end-user business teams, to provide a consistent and effective level of support to the Crocs community. Management responsibilities include overseeing all incidents, requests and problem resolutions that involve our end user community. This includes developing and maturing the necessary processes and procedures to exceed our end users expectations. This is a highly visible position across Crocs globally, both within IT and especially with the end-user community and business teams. This role is seen as the champion of Global IT's 'can do' attitude and the successful candidate should embrace and strive for a high level of customer service across all teams and resources. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Be accountable to implement and manage the Crocs Global IT User Support model. * Build and enhance a strong employee-based service desk technician team that will be supporting our end user base across the globe * Train, coach and mentor Service Desks Analysts including career development. * Oversee the solutions repository to ensure top quality solutions are available to the staff. * Effectively manage 3rd party managed service partners, as well as internal Crocs resources to deliver a consistently high level of user support. * Be responsible for the effective implementation and/or management of ITIL based processes including Incidient, Service request, Change Management and Problem Management within the Crocs Support model. * Establish and monitor operational and service metrics pertaining to the Crocs Enterprise systems and support in use globally. * Provide a global direction for the Crocs IT User Support function. * Manage process for communicating outrage/emergency activities to the organization and provide critical incident manager responsibilities during critical issues. * Provide periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) reporting on key Help Desk & Support metrics and SLA performance. * Be the Crocs SME with ownership of tools/functions including acquisition/management, Asset Management, and Technology Procurement. * Implementation and management of key support processes in support of Crocs business initiatives and KPI's * Leading the implementation of key tools required to help reduce our costs and improve our level of customer service. * Become a trusted advisor, build collaborative relationships with Regional IT teams, partner corporate IT teams, key internal business partners and critical vendor/partners * Development and management of clear escalation and notification paths for critical IT incidents and issues * Develop good relationships with key service providers and technology partners * Review survey feedback to improve our services, tools and support experience. QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in overseeing a Global service desk support model that includes corporate HQ, executives, remote offices, home users, etc. * Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills throughout all corporate levels * Strong project management skills * ·Strong analytics and metrics for IT Service Desk Operations Experience and Skills: * BS/BA degree * 5+ years of related information technology experience * 5+ years of IT support and support management experience * 3+ years of experience managing/delivering effective ITIL based processes including but not limited to Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management. * 3 – 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience (Specific experience with managing off-shore and remote resources and functions is important) * Experience with a global environment will be helpful * An established history of delivering great customer service * Experience as a proactive problem solver who can identify and execute both the immediate and long-term tasks needed for resolution * Resourceful in establishing and nurturing key relationships across the IT, Operations, Sales and Corporate teams * Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with stringent deadlines * Must be able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel. * Strong customer and relationship management skills * Strong supplier/vendor management skills * Strong organizational adaptation/change management skills Crocs is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
