We are committed to delivering a rare and valuable experience to our Agents, and we are looking for a Business Analyst/Tester to join our Agent Experience Team. The team is accountable for our agents web portal and our agents online quoting platforms.
We are looking for an individual with a passion to champion our agent experience, who delivers quality and innovation using critical thinking, curiosity, and continuous learning. The ideal candidate will have experience in a web-based application environment, will manage time effectively, and will strive to learn new technologies and business processes. We will consider both entry-level and experienced candidates.
This position will report to an Agile Delivery Manager and will be located at our Home Office in Enumclaw, WA.

Support personal and commercial lines insurance web applications for agents.
Collaborate with multiple business units to develop and determine IT solutions for business problems. Communicate with technical teams to develop, refine, and implement user requirements.
Understand user needs, the marketing environment, and other key factors develop the most effective solutions for our agents.
Thoroughly test software to ensure proper operation, freedom from defects, and excellent user experience.
Devise and develop test plans, build test data, and provide problem-tracking mechanisms appropriate for the application.
Provide on-call and rotational assignment support as assigned.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies to remove blockers, refine stories, plan Sprints, and demo functionality to our business stakeholders.

Minimum of 2+ years' business and systems analysis, testing, technical project management or related technical experience. Job level and salary commensurate with experience.
Working knowledge and demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop high-level systems and functional specifications.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of quality control standards and apply standards in all aspects of testing, research, and throughout assigned phases of projects.
Knowledge of personal or commercial lines insurance industry practices preferred.
Experience with applications and services provided in AWS or Azure is preferred, but not required.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, or other degree and equivalent work experience required.
