As a business analyst/implementation analyst, you will partner with external clients and internal Gallup consultants to arrange, guide and clarify our Q12 survey data process. Using Gallup's online platform, Gallup Access, in addition to Excel and other programs, you will safeguard our clients' overall data quality by understanding their operational and technical setup needs and making sure their organizational structure is mapped correctly. From the client kickoff call to the final stages of handing over completed data analyses, you will be an integral part in maintaining Gallup's reputation for data credibility and accurate reporting.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Experience creating formulas and analyzing data in Microsoft Excel required; experience with software as a service (SaaS) product setup a plus

  • Eligibility to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
