The day-to-day Analyze, monitor, and audit diverse data to ensure accuracy and integrity, leading data cleanup efforts. Maintain updated documentation of Salesforce processes and training materials.

Deliver training sessions and materials to onboard new Customer Success Managers (CSM) and sales team members, ensuring ongoing user adoption.

Provide support for a team of over fifty Customer Success Managers and Business Development leads. Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce, offering visibility for key business metrics.

Assist Salesforce users in generating ad-hoc reports as needed.

Support finance teams in preparing for quarterly business reviews, annual operations planning, and 5-year strategy planning by ensuring data accuracy in advance of crucial milestones. Emphasize data entry responsibilities by accurately inputting and updating information in Salesforce databases.

Translate business needs into functional requirements through user feedback and personally identified areas for enhancement.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within Salesforce. Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, including troubleshooting issues. What you'll need Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related field. 2-3 years of Salesforce experience Strong analytical skills (e.g., Microsoft Office applications, SQL, Tableau, etc.) 1-2 years Program/Project Management experience Exposure to business process creation and optimization Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy What will help you on the job Experience with Tableau Desktop, SQL, Snowflake, Python, PowerBI Previous commercial aviation or in-flight connectivity experience Salary range $67,100.00 - $116,700.00 / annually At Viasat, we consider many factors when it comes to compensation, including the scope of the position as well as your background and experience.
