Support operational development by identifying customer business requirements and effectively translating requirements into an efficient process and/or system solution.
Customer complaint facilitation and resolution
Freight claims management resolution and filing
Functional team lead for process management (process changes and implementation) including identifying business requirements for operational support of business, mapping and documentation of process changes and improvements, effectively communicating business change requirements to IT support, continuous improvement (identify, recommend and implement operational process changes to more efficiently service our customer)
Super user support of current TMS including troubleshooting and proactively resolving system- and user-encountered issues, developing training documentation and conduct training to divisional users, developing and maintaining process standard operating procedures
Trend analysis including coordinating with data engineer to analyze trends in data in preparation for monthly, quarterly and annual program presentation and review
Required Education and Experience
College degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation/distribution, operations management, business, or decision sciences, required
5 years experience working in a transportation, logistics, supply chain, operations, or distribution, preferred
Advanced systems experience with current TMS product, preferably a GLOG product; SAP; MS Office, preferred
