Project ECHO recently completed development of a strategic plan that will enable us to reach 1 billion people by 2025. One of the 4 key strategies identified in the plan is the development of the ECHO Digital platform to support key aspects of what it takes to launch, operate and participate in Project ECHO.
In order to build a successful global platform, we will need to reimagine all aspects of Project ECHO in a digital way and make them universally accessible to our users. In order to accomplish that, we are seeking a Business Analyst to guide development of features for the platform from conception to launch. The Business Analyst will build and manage a product road-map.
You will play an integral role in :
Working closely with our internal teams and global partners to identify the core of what makes teleECHO programs successful and translate this into functional requirements for the platform.
Developing in-software training and supplementing with additional asynchronous and in-person training sessions for our users
Developing a system for providing effective and efficient support for our global users via email, online platform, chat and telephone.
Breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Conditions of EmploymentMinimum Qualifications
Successful completion of at least 60 college-level credit hours; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Demonstrated ability to gather user requirements across diverse functional areas and convert them into a compelling product vision
Demonstrated ability working with technical teams to rapidly produce prototypes and iterations
Ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
Experience with agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum
Experience with Jira and Confluence
