Position Summary:
A Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing and identifying areas for improvement, implementing new systems and technologies, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources. The Business Systems Analyst will also gather and document requirements for new systems and work with IT teams to develop and implement solutions. They will also analyze data and provide insights to help inform strategic decision-making. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze and tech processes within the organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Identify areas for improvement and implement new systems and technologies
Gather and document IT teams to develop and implement solutions
Analyze data and provide insights to help inform strategic decision-making
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources
Communicate and document effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the organization is using the most current and effective systems
Act as a liaison between the IT teams.
Communicate with technical and non-technical staff

Education, Experience and Licensure:
Bachelors degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and process
Preferred Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with technical documentation a plus
Health experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups
