Our Business Analysts must bring seven (7) plus years of experience in the following areas:

Engaging with stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business environments.
Understanding customers goals, areas in need of improvement, or any other pain points
Requirements gathering and tracking
Researching and developing solutions and strategies to deliver the solutions to the customer, including development or improvements to software, communicating issues and redundancies, and improving current policies, processes, and procedures.
Creating diagrams such as activity diagrams, flow diagrams, etc.
Creating requirement documents such as Business Requirement Documents, Use-cases, user stories, or any other artifact needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Passionate about working in a team environment
Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently.
Ability to research and apply expert judgment
Analytical skills.
Enjoy learning new systems and products.

Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SLDC).
Understanding of Product Management software.
Acting as a liaison between the business and its information (IT) department.

Time management and organizational skills.
