Business Analyst

Overview

Susquehanna International Group (SIG) is seeking a talented business analyst to join our Electronic Options Trading (EOT) team, which is responsible for developing and operating SIG's options trading systems. You'll work alongside business teams, customers, and technical teams to support projects related to our retail options trading environment.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders as you gather, analyze, and define business requirements to guide our software development.

• Reason over large sets of data to identify new issues and trends.

• Conduct analysis for internal and customer projects.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Systems and Business Analysis role in a software development environment

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred

• Excellent communication (both oral and written) and organizational skills

• Demonstrated experience with SQL

• Basic Oracle database administration experience preferred

• Python knowledge preferred

• UI design experience preferred

• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future.

• Must be able to work onsite in our Bala Cynwyd office 5 days/week.
