We're looking for talented Business Analysts with exceptional problem-solving skills to join Deloitte's Strategy & Operations competency. Work You'll Do

As a Strategy & Operations Business Analyst, you'll work in a fast-paced environment that exposes you to diverse project experiences. You will gain exposure to a variety of industries and business problems and will work alongside industry-leading clients to help them make decisions and implement enhancements to their organizations' strategy, productivity, performance, and long-term profitability.

You'll also assist in determining the requirements of clients' projects and programs by defining, analyzing, and managing requirements to help fulfill clients' needs. While the specific job deliverables will vary according to clients' needs, our Strategy & Operations Business Analysts have the broad skills needed to tackle a wide variety of business initiatives. You will have the opportunity to exercise strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the chance to solve complex problems and communicate your findings.

Strategy & Operations Business Analysts will work with teams on activities such as the following:

  • Architect enterprise, customer, and operating model strategies

  • Advise clients on how to grow, integrate, and fundamentally evolve their businesses

  • Strengthen customer relationships and drive increased revenue by developing new strategies and leveraging digital technologies and human centered design

  • Transform the "heart of the business" and advise clients on standardized procedures and tools for global operations

  • Develop strategic capabilities for core business functions, such as Finance and Supply Chain, to drive growth and value

  • Drive business lifecycle activities, including M&A, to shape our client's business and competitive positions

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in process or completed in these related areas of study: business, engineering, technology, economics, math, analytics, liberal arts, or a related field

  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.5)

  • Ability to travel 80-100%
