Job Role - Technical BA

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into AI technical requirements.

• Analyze and document AI workflows, including data collection, preprocessing, model development, and deployment.

• Evaluate tools to recommend solutions that meet business needs.

• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for AI projects.

• Facilitate communication between AI developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) for the development team.

• Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles and practices.

• Remove impediments or blockers that hinder the team's progress.

• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and follows the agreed-upon processes.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and prioritize work.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or related role, with a focus on AI projects.

• Strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.

• Experience with AI development lifecycle (AIDL) and Agile methodologies.

• Proficiency in technical documentation and requirements gathering for AI projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of AI tools and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
