This position is responsible for working in close collaboration with the Business Solution Lead (BSL) and other Senior IT and Business leaders to lead and/or support strategic multi-year planning, portfolio demand consolidation / prioritization, business architecture, business case alignment, business requirements analysis / management, business and IT engagement, business relationship management, and portfolio strategy / roadmap for HCSC's Membership and Eligibility function for Group business.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 years Information Technology experience OR 9 years Information Technology experience.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (SaaS / PaaS ).
Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.
Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (ALM, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise).
Knowledge of test-driven development.
Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
Business process management and modeling.
Requirements definition and management.
SDLC, Iterative, Agile and /or Scrum development.
Complex problem solving and analytical thinking.
Possess the ability to manage workload, manage multiple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers and escalate risks/Issues timely and effectively
Excellent oral and written communications including experience presenting to senior stakeholders
Ability to work in complex matrixed organizational structures and influence others towards achieving objectives
Experience in supporting multiple portfolios/projects simultaneously
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Experience with portfolio planning, including sizing/costing, for large enterprise-scale initiatives
Experience working closely with enterprise and business architects to shape transformation strategy
Experience with full-lifecycle application development using pre-packaged software and custom solutions.
Experience interacting with senior business and technology executives as part of steering, advisory, and similar forums.
Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI (Artificial Intelligence), BPM (Business Process Management), Data Analytics
