We are looking for a Business Analyst who has great attention to detail, loves to solve problems and is able to collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will be working within the Extended Touring team, collaborating between the external vendor and internal business requirements to ensure successful delivery of touring products to all global brands.

Day to day:

• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

• Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals

• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams

• Create business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support business opportunities

• Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements

• Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials

You'll be perfect for the role, if you have:

• Minimum 2+ years professional experience in a business analyst role

• Experience within travel or other internet-scale environments

• Experience with external vendors and internal stakeholders

• Strong understanding of the travel or retail industry

• Background knowledge in discipline areas such as, requirements gathering process, design and architecture, etc

• Analytical skills and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge in business process re-engineering and improvement

• Strong facilitation skills

• Good quality documentation skills, both technical and non-technical

• Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
