Sentara Health is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Sales Operations team!

Job Description Summary:

The Business Analyst role will support the SR Printing Systems Analyst for Sentara Health Plans, who is our primary point of contact for our enterprise printer, Taylor Communications. The role will include assisting with programming for some of our most important applications that run our automated printing processes across the health plan. Additionally, this role will support coordination between the marketing and communications teams and Taylor Communications for many of our largest mailings

The role involves both analytical responsibilities and direct interaction with our marketing and communications leaders.

Required Qualification :

3 years' of related experience is required in one of the following areas: Operations, IT or Reporting.

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Job Summary

Designs, produces and analyzes reporting data. Creates and maintains reports for business operations and special projects.

Utilizes knowledge of numerous databases, information systems, statistical tools and analytical principles to monitor and analyze information in support of the business. Assists in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of information systems.
