As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, answering user questions, assigning accounts to the right sales team and supporting the overall implementation of CRM best practices across the XPO organization. What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Generate revenue reports for inside and outside sales, as well as monthly sales reporting; develop materials for monthly reports such as graphs and tables, which illustrate XPO performance during the month

  • Create customer packages

  • Update web and marketing materials, monthly newsletter and PowerPoint presentations for quarterly reviews with customers

  • Report on closed business and actual start date opportunity

  • Track new business in Truckplus

  • Roll out sales rep weekly schedule; PO by account; decline accounts by terminal and NAE

  • Create and develop one view reporting that captures revenue versus goals by line of business, lost business, business won, pricing in house and bid details

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • 3 years of experience in finance, marketing or other analytical area

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Master's degree

  • Experience developing presentations for senior management, preferably at the C level

  • Experience working with sales teams at all levels and calculating commissions
