Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Business Analyst for the department of Digital & Data Solutions and Support at the Cancer Institute of New Jersey.
The Business Analyst (Operations) for the Institute's Digital & Data Solutions and Support department, under the supervision of the Director, Projects and Solution Delivery will join a growing team responsible for guiding our stakeholders through a process of documenting workflows and requirements and then helping to align those with teams designing solutions and implementing them. Additionally, delivering business-critical reporting, the analysis, evaluation, testing, implementation, documentation and maintenance of computer system applications specific to the operations of the Institute.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
Performs as the liaison between D2S2 and administrative and operational units of the Institute to help maximize effectiveness when designing system processes and reports that meet the business needs of the units and ensures excellent service to our Institute.
Evaluates business requirements and works with university-wide end-user committees to determine solutions as business needs evolve
Provides timely end-user support, tracks issues, and communicates resolutions to end users.
Perform advanced technical and analytical work in the development and support of standardized and/or customized reports.
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
