The Robotic Process Automation (RPA)/Intelligent Automation (IA) Business Analyst at Tri Pointe Homes is responsible for enterprise-wide business, system and data analysis, implementations, and training for Automations across multiple systems and business functions. The BA will be the first line of support for end-users and the company's foremost expert on Automation capabilities for associated applications. The BA will work closely with business process owners, subject matter experts (SMEs), BA from multiple systems, IT resources, vendors/third-party consultants on the design, analysis, implementation and support of Automations.

The BA will lead business process analysis, system analysis, data analysis, designs and reviews with business process owners, stakeholders, SMEs, IT teams to develop automation solutions that improve / optimize business operations and enable company growth. The BA will prepare / maintain Business Requirement Documents, Process Design Documents (PDD) including detailed process flow diagram, System Design Documents (SDD), Test Plans in collaboration with Developers, Architects, QA Analysts, vendors/consultants, and other IT resources for Automation implementations and enhancements. The BA will develop/maintain educational materials and provide end-user training for Automations of associated systems.

Position Responsibilities: Provide support for all business divisions by troubleshooting, investigating and resolving Automation issues. Prioritize and resolve issues by collaborating with vendors, third-party consultants, and IT resources.

Provide assistance and advice to business users in the rollouts of Automations. Work closely with business process owners and stakeholders to identify and prioritize Automation requests. Gather and document business requirements for new / enhanced Automations.

Translate business requirements into process designs and system designs. Develop and maintain all Process Design Documents (PDD), detailed process flows, System Design Documents (SDD), detailed Test Plans and Test Scripts throughout entire implementations. Develop and maintain user documentation including Training Plan and materials, Communication Plan, and Change Management Plan.

Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's business processes and how business processes interact with key systems' functionalities including Oracle JD Edwards ERP, Hyphen BuildPro, Salesforce, and other systems in used at Tri Pointe Homes. Function as a subject matter expert on UIPath platform and capabilities in used at Tri Pointe Homes such as RPA, AI, Document Understanding, Low-code App, Machine Learning and new capabilities available in UIPath releases. Function as subject matter expert on Automation processes that run across multiple systems / platforms and multiple business processes.

Lead communication, change management, training for all Automation implementations / rollouts, enhancements across all business functions. Coordinate implementations, user acceptance tests, system tests across all systems / platforms. Assist in vendor management including issues resolutions, evaluation of vendors' work proposals, maintaining task lists, status updates, delivery of vendors' solutions to end-users.

Assist in project management including plan development, estimates, feasibility, coordinating and executing projects, maintaining task lists, status updates, etc. Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Management is required.

A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in business analysis, system analysis, data analysis for enterprise business processes is required. Prior experiences in supporting / working digital transformation and/ or business process improvement initiatives are a plus. A minimum of 1-2 years' experiences with UIPath platform, capabilities in used at Tri Pointe Homes and technical framework is required.

Certifications in UIPath is a plus. Proven analytical, critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills are required. Proven abilities to document, communicate business and technical information are required.

Highly organized and details oriented. Strong listening skills. Ability to multi-task in dynamic, high energy, fast paced environment.

Capable of successfully working and advancing multiple initiatives/projects/activities at once. Good interpersonal skills with ability to work across both technical and business lines at all levels of the organization. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and achieve quality results.

Knowledge with Homebuilding, Accounting/Finance, Procurement, Sales/Marketing processes for the construction industry is a plus Knowledge of technology infrastructure including servers, network, security framework is a plus General Business Acumen and Traits: Committed to continuous process improvement - identifies improvement opportunities, makes recommendations, and drives implementation of solutions. Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Skills in business intelligence reporting tools and application software preferred. Leadership Skills: Passionate about business being done right - results are timely and accurate.

Works effectively in a collaborative environment with team peers, leadership and end-users. Effective at influencing leadership to make informed decisions that enable positive change. Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $94,900-121,600 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.

Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company's applicable incentive plan document.
