Position will be hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence 2 days a week Employment Type: Temporary Estimated Duration (In months): 11 Min Hourly Rate ($): 63.00 Max Hourly Rate ($): 63.00 Must Have Skills/Attributes: Azure, Business Analysis, Communications, DevOps, Gap Analysis, Project Management Job Description Only qualified System Analyst candidates located near the Lansing, MI area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence Required Skills: • 5 years of experience gathering requirements from users • 5 years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation (wireframes or screen mockups workflow diagrams traceability matrix etc • 3 years of experience with Agile methodology SCRUM processes and ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, review etc • 3 years of experience working with Azure DevOps backlog management Kanban board Sprint board etc • Working knowledge of Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM) • Senior level understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC) • Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills: 5 years of experience gathering requirements from users: • Identifying impacted business processes • Assessing business needs • Identifying IT solution integration • GAP analysis • SWOT analysis 5 years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation including: • Wireframes or screen mockups • Context diagrams • Benefits realization • Business process models • Workflow diagrams • Traceability matrix 3 years of experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies including: • Daily Scrum • Sprint Planning • Backlog Grooming • Sprint Reviews • Sprint Retrospective • 3 years of experience working with Azure DevOps backlog management Kanban board Sprint board etc • 5 years of experience eliciting and decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria • Experience writing test plans and use cases • Working knowledge of Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM) • Senior level understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC) • Strong written and verbal communication skills The Business Analyst 5 position will work as a resource for the Client supporting multiple projects for the Client.

The resource will act as a business analyst for various in-flight projects including Software as a Service solutions vendor supported systems, and custom web applications. This resource will serve as a liaison between Client business partners and development teams, gathering requirements from the business users, facilitating meetings, writing user stories, and developing required project documentation deliverables Interview Process: Hiring manager will likely request onsite interviews.
