Required Qualifications

• Five to seven years as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably with experience in CRM systems and data migration projects.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build strong relationships, and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem solver who seeks out answers to complex questions and sees the relationship between pieces of a system.
• Data Literacy: Demonstrated ability to identify, collect, analyze, summarize, and visualize data.
• Technical Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite, process engineering, reporting, creating dashboards, project management tools, and AI tools. Basic conceptual understanding of programming (any language).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in higher education or non-profit sector.
• Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA), Professional Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.

Job Summary

University Advancement is seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst to analyze and document current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, lead the development and rollout of new processes, and create/maintain reports to support data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders from across the division and act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and foster smooth and successful adoption.
