?Client is looking for a Business Analyst from Commercial Insurance P C. Please send resume to To plan and lead workshops with both business and technical staff and document the outputs, proactively seeking subsequent agreement and sign-off. ? To elicit functional and non-functional requirements via techniques such as interviews, workshops, process modelling and examination of business collateral.

To clearly document those requirements in the form of prioritized Requirements Catalogues and Detailed Specifications. ? To understand current business processes and map them in standard formats such as Cross-Functional Flowcharts. ? To recognize opportunities for improvement to current business processes through logical reasoning and an appreciation of the technical impact in an SOA environment. ? To reconcile conflicting information obtained from multiple sources and be able to recognise the ?big picture? from a jumble of low-level information. ? To propose innovative solutions that enable company to achieve its objectives, leveraging an excellent understanding of the commercial environment and challenging the assumptions of business departments where appropriate. ? To act as a conduit between business staff and the technical development and support teams. ? To ?reverse-engineer? existing systems in detail and document them as necessary. ? To manage Model Office testing and to support the UAT Manager as necessary. Includes contributing to the creation of test scripts, plans and scenarios, as well as preliminary testing of software to verify that requirements have been met. ? To provide a level of support to end users and other stakeholders ? such as trainers and helpdesk staff ? when the software is deployed. ? To manage further ad-hoc activities as required.

The Role: Seeking a data-driven individual with an interest in the music business to join the US Concerts Analytics team. Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, this position plays an important role in the analysis of ticketing sales and operations. The individual will produce reporting and analyses that will inform important business decisions, as well as track progress against key initiatives. The individual must be fluent in reporting and business intelligence tools, with a proven ability to leverage large data sets to solve problems. He/she must also demonstrate strong independent reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the capability to think proactively.
