The Business Analyst will provide analytical support to supply chain initiatives across the organization and maintain MMIS systems data integrity.
This is a full-time role working Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm, this is a hybrid role working both from home as well as out of our Bloomington Corporate Office.
Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions.
Essential Functions:
- Provide support for supply chain initiatives including system set up, maintenance, and analytics.
- Maintain data integrity within the MMIS system and identify areas for increased data confidence.
- Manage the item, vendor, and manufacturer masters in MMIS system including obtaining and verifying information from clients, vendors, and other Revo departments such as Billing and Finance.
- Manage new vendor entry process for existing and new Revo clients.
- Compile contract information and maintain within MMIS system including mass price uploads.
- Provide MMIS system support and training to end users and support system onboarding of new users as a result of client integrations.
- Provide MMIS and ancillary system set up support and maintenance to project and integrations team(s).
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics.
- Manage recall notifications including identifying affected sites and communicating response requirements.
- Maintain positive relations with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Provide support for the Director- Supply Chain Systems, Analytics, and Operations.
- Any and all other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 years of analytical experience with proven ability to compile and report data in a meaningful manner
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Experience working in supply chain/healthcare/medical office preferred
- Strong Microsoft software skills, specifically, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
