What Will Be Your Key Accountabilities?

  • Maintain and enhance data warehouse and data integration initiatives.

  • Collect, create, analyze, and maintain internal data queries and reports. This may range from simple ad hoc queries to complex reports that impact financial, application, and customer trending/analysis.

  • Assist business units with automating and scheduling reports.

  • Develop and implement standard data warehouse quality control measures to ensure accuracy.

  • Conduct appropriate data testing and obtaining satisfactory confirmation.

  • Partnering with various business units across the enterprise to create, organize, implement and document mid to complex project requests in accordance with project management governance, company objectives, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Track and communicate changes to project schedule, budget, scope, and risks.

  • Identify and manage risks/issues and provide solutions to reduce or eliminate any potential negative impacts.

  • Provide business analysis project management support including requirements gathering, business process and data workflow documentation, and project testing support.

  • Identify gaps and recommend alternative resolutions as applicable.

  • Design and execute system changes following established change management processes.

Maintain a strong understanding of bank software applications including but not limited to Fiserv Premier (Navigator), Business Analytics, and other Fiserv/integrated ancillary applications

What Do You Bring to the Team?

  • Associate's Degree

  • Three to five years' related experience in operational or analytical role within the financial industry.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Advanced experience with Excel, SQL or other databases.

  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and/or projects to meet priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability and knowledge to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical associates, data users, managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Able to work closely with subject matter experts (SME) and leadership across the organization as well as external vendors.

  • Ability to work independently with limited direction from supervisor, as well as part of a team.
