  • Strong knowledgeof retail specifically convenience / food service retail operations. o Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users to document key business processes and translate same to IT constituents.

  • Evaluate business processes -uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. o Facilitate sessions to understand key business processes and develop technical requirements.

  • Provide insight / guidance on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. o Recommend solutions to meet business needs and requirements. o Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements. o Understand / document impact of competing resources and priorities.

  • Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. o Advanced technical skills. o Excellent documentation skills. o Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills o Experience creating detailed reports and delivering presentations to senior management o Strong competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. o Proven experience leading and supporting successful projects.

  • Experienced in interactingwith various business and technical stakeholders including product engineering team, architects, functional leads such as sales marketing team o Ability to drive various teams both internal and external to a common goal o Ability to analyze quantitatively, manage scope and effectively prioritize project requirements, methodology, and deliverables

  • Bachelors / Master degree in related / relevant field

Job Family - Research Statistics: Provides statistical, clinical data management and programming for R&D areas (for example medical, clinical, epidemiology and health outcomes). Collaborates in the production of the study protocols, provides and/or facilitates sample size calculations. Reviews case report forms (CRFs) to ensure the appropriate data collection, cleaning, statistical analysis and reporting of the study; and enhances understanding of statistical hypotheses testing and presentations. Develop and maintains inhouse observational data and analyze internal and external observational data. Job Family Group - Science and Technology: Designs and executes studies to discover, understand, model, simulate, and create new drug molecules. Researches target identification, target validation, drug interactions with targets or receptors, and assay development. Maintains knowledge of competitive market conditions, patient requirements and technology advances. Job Description-Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Contribute to the technical strategy and delivery for global clinical project levels. Includes working with representatives from multiple project teams, including clinical data standards, statistics and programming, and laboratory staff. * Provide technical input to protocol and other plans at the development phase of a study * Coach and mentor colleagues with advanced programming tasks. * Provide input to the development of data capture tools for a clinical study * Ensures data programming procedure are of the highest quality and are audit ready * Lead role in the management of the data vendor deliverables and performance. * Subject Matter Expert for the Data Quality Community bringing programming expertise, which would include expert input into to and the development, implementation and communication of programming control documents. * Oversees CDISC/SDTM conversions with both internal and external partners. In addition to the supporting the oversight and acquisition of data, key accountabilities will also include the development of validated programs that support the collection, extraction and integration of clinical data for GSK's Cambridge based clinical pharmacology unit (CUC), oversight of SDTM deliverables from CROs, and day-to-day technical programming support for clinical project teams.
