The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders from all business units. As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for defining and documenting business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives. You will work directly with, and provides support to, business operations, Engineering, quality assurance, and Manufacturing teams.


  • Provides support and feedback within the Business Systems team

  • Develops, manages and collaborates on standard practices and processes

  • Leverage technology to help reduce manual tasks and continually improve on the company's requirements process

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with all business stakeholders

  • Actively promote the value of Business Analysis throughout the organization

  • Responsible for solicitation, analysis, estimation and review of analysis efforts

  • Perform business and systems analysis and document requirements

  • Analyze and document Business and System process flow diagrams

  • Create SDLC artifacts including Business/Functional requirement documents

  • General understanding of SAP is a plus

  • Work with development resources to ensure successful project delivery with applicable Time, Quality and Cost constraints

  • Recommend alternative solutions and courses of action to best address the organization's objectives

  • Facilitate and manage functional and user acceptance testing

  • Assist in the development and delivery of end user training

  • Support release of business applications and triage/resolve user issues

  • Performs other duties as may be assigned


  • 0 to 3 years Business Systems experience SAP preferred.

  • Exceptional typing and computer skills, as well as technical knowledge of MS Office products and Windows

  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task, organize, take initiative, follow up independently and as a team with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrate excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills

  • Uses knowledge and resources to make informed decisions

  • Willingness to actively participate in development trainings

  • Conduct or participate in observation of other company positions

  • Comply with all company policies and procedures

  • Listens and communicates effectively

  • Present a professional and helpful appearance

  • Must have U.S. Protected Individual status

  • General understanding of SAP is a plus

  • Experience working in an ITAR environment also a plus

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field


  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and Excel.

Work Environment:

  • While performing the aforementioned job duties, the employee mainly works in a professional office setting that is relatively quiet and has temperature control systems.

  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.

As a Consultant, you will use your fundraising and development experience to guide client engagements specifically related to effectively implementing and utilizing Target Analytics solutions, modeling and wealth screening services. Responsibilities Include: * Deliver Target Analytics service offerings in a client-facing environment * Lead presentations, strategic planning sessions and collaborative meetings with clients * Build and maintain strong partner relationships with clients * Responsible for the achievement of budgeted utilization targets as they relate to the revenue and profitability of Target Analytics * Maintain acceptable client satisfaction levels as measured by standard measurement tools * Support the sales division by serving as a subject matter expert to drive business development * Provide feedback to product development to innovate new service offerings, introduce new product features, or request enhancements to existing functionality as learned in the field and which address market needs * Participate in conferences and thought leadership activities as required * Work collaboratively in a team environment to meet team goals and objectives yet be independent and self-motivated Requirements: * BA/BS degree from an accredited four-year college or university * Experience in a professional services setting preferred * 5 years of experience in a Development or Fundraising environment; direct marketing or annual fund experience is a plus * Comfort with data analysis and varying software products; Raiser's Edge & ResearchPoint experience strongly preferred * Strong presentation skills with both small and large groups and to diverse audiences at various skill levels * Proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Exceptional customer service skills * Ability to travel up to 50% Why you'll want to come work here: * Our benefits are unmatched.
