What You'll Do:

You will support the Program Manager on multiple medium to high complexity projects that enable both the immediate operational needs and the long-term priorities supporting software and licensing distribution You will act as a consultant to other project leaders and provide analysis on programs and processes, which have an effect on other aspects of Cisco's business. In this role you will bring extensive multi-functional understanding of project/program objectives. You will help the businesses implement technology and process solutions in a cost-effective way by resolving requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to partners.

Who You'll Work With:

Our Software Delivery and Provisioning team, collaborates with multi-functional partners to, provide and lead, the capabilities required for on-premises software, license and documentation setup and delivery, provisioning and device activation. We are key to achieving Cisco's Recurring Revenue strategies, leading software and licensing distribution to ALL routes to market. You will partner extensively across the organization and collaborate with internal partners such as Business Units, IT Architects and Program Managers

Who You Are:

Are you are motivated and agile, a self-starter, able to drive multiple complex and sometimes ambiguous programs to completion? You are well-versed on project management tools and methodologies, i.e. MPP (waterfall) and Rally (Agile), and excel in project management set-up and delivery execution end-to-end.You are confident in your abilities to facilitate effective meetings prepare and present project analysis, status, challenges, etc. that resonate with executive leadership. Do you flourish with building your "team" developing team rapport with clear and concise communications, listening effectively, and applying questioning techniques to affect issue resolution? You're skillful in handling and/or leading project teams of varying sizes and diverse skills for optimum results, leading horizontally while handling interdependencies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field plus 5+ years of experience in product operations

  • Solid grasp of Tableau, MS Office suite, Vizio, MS project

  • Comprehensive understanding of project management or business analysis in technology environment

  • Prepare business requirements including mock-ups, wireframes, process flow diagrams, etc.

  • Requirements management and communication

  • Requirements analysis

  • Prior experience with data modelling and structuring

  • Knowledge of product configuration and product structuring.

  • Proven attention to detail and analytical ability

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Real passion for solving problems
