Sales

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

The Sales Business Analyst will support the Grocery Nutrition Sales team on streamlining data from multiple sources and making it actionable. They are also responsible for fundamental operational insight and ensuring our data coincides with our key op model inflection points. They are responsible for tracking sales forecast vs shipments, external inventory insights, cross-retailer POS reporting and Support implementation of reporting automation and validation in platforms such as PowerBI.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decisions

• Support accurate sales forecasting and resource allocation to enhance planning.

• Produce impactful sales reports, interpreting data to guide the operations and leadership teams.

• Work collaboratively to improve processes and efficiencies within the sales operations field.

• Help align sales, marketing, and finance teams through effective communication and shared insights.

• Support sales team through in-depth data analysis of sales trends within Reckitt brands and against competition within the category.

• Keep track of promotions along with post-promotional analysis.

• collaborate with our cross functional partners and other business units on reporting and special projects.

• Have strong analytical skills and experience working in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI

• Utilize excellent communication skills to share your views and influence others using facts and data.

• Have experience in IRI, Nielson, 8451, and PowerBI.

• Collaborative in nature, with a track record of working effectively within diverse teams

US salary ranges

USD $75,000.00 - $113,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
