We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to work in the Asset Management Organizationfrom our corporate headquarters in Lisle, IL.

This position will be responsible for knowledge on the business process and functions of Oracle Enterprise Asset Management system. The role will have hands-on day to day support of vehicle management for 250 locations. This includes working with CSC locations and internal corporate teams to update vehicle information and status and support the optimal utilization of our fleet.

Position Objectives:

  • Routine System Administration: Perform daily administrative tasks keeping vehicle information up to date

  • Establish and ensure continuous improvement and best practices within the organization in the preparation of a monthly communications and review of operational fleet utilization and key company initiatives

  • Participate in various special hoc projects providing research and analysis and contribute towards solutions

  • Monitor reports to proactively address potential issues

  • Work with CSCs to understand asset needs and prepare asset request forms and track capital spend

  • Maintain accurate and useful documentation of policies and procedures

  • Review and process requisitions in Oracle

Role Specific Competencies:

  • Analytic skills, including the ability to pull meaningful insights out of large data sets

  • Strong communication skills across all mediums verbal, written, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Ability to multi-task under high pressure situations with a sense of urgency

  • Should be comfortable operating within a dynamic and complex organizational structure, and be effective in a team-oriented environment

  • Demonstrates a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to learn the business

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • BS/BA in Accounting or Finance

  • 1-3 years' experience in general business operations, finance or financial systems

  • Working knowledge of Excel and reporting software to prepare reports

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Office and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge in data management

  • Ability to work well in

Working closely with senior team members the Sales Planning Analyst Sr. is a liaison between Sales, Finance as well as Information Technology. * IT interactions revolve around identifying and resolving data discrepancies, maintaining tables and having change and updates made. * The Planning Analyst interacts with finance and financial reporting to validate sales outlook with forecasts, ensure dealer rebates accrued correctly and that dealer payments match performance discounts. In addition the Planning Analyst will: * Conduct analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives. * Support the Sales Staff by developing and maintaining ad hoc customer and internal sales reports. Administers and distributes monthly customer and internal reporting. * Work with the parts return Program Manager (PRP) – analyzing customer potential/risk for the program, developing agreements for each PRP applicant, track customer sales, work with customers through the return process, and keep records of parts return data and signed agreements. * Continuously identifies areas for improvement in current processes and reports. Takes initiative to improve sales reporting and Analysis team and Navistar. Position Purpose and Requirements Conducts statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives. Develops territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan. Maintains on-line sales and marketing system, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with IT in identifying and resolving problems. Instructs sales, marketing managers, field area managers, and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information. Prepares and controls commission incentive budgets for a particular district or region. Performs sales calculations on sales incentives. May administer the field sales forecasting system, which provides management with current product sales potential. Basic Requirements: * Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales planning experience OR * Master's degree OR * At least 4 years of sales planning experience Additional Requirements * Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
