What You'll Do:

• Analysis & Reporting: Dive into complex data sets to uncover trends and insights that drive our business forward. Your analyses will fuel our strategic decisions, contributing directly to Trident Funding's success. Craft compelling reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to our management team.

• Dashboard Development: Bring data to life with stunning visualizations and interactive dashboards. Using cutting-edge tools like Tableau and Power BI, you'll create user-friendly displays that empower decision-makers with real-time information.

• Project Management: Lead analytical projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet stakeholder needs. Collaborate closely with various teams to define project scopes and requirements.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Be a bridge between technical expertise and business acumen, fostering collaboration across departments. Your insights will inform decisions in sales, finance, and operations, driving alignment and efficiency.

• Data Integrity and Management: Uphold the highest standards of data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources. Implement robust quality controls to safeguard the integrity of our data, ensuring reliable reporting and analysis.

• Innovative Solutions: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new trends and advancements in data analytics. Propose and implement enhancements to our reporting systems, continuously improving our data analysis processes.

What You Should Have:

• 2-4 years of analytical experience: Preferably in an internet/e-commerce setting with B2B data analytics experience.

• SQL proficiency: Masterful command of SQL for seamless data querying and analysis.

• Strong analytical skills: Paired with a keen business acumen to translate insights into action.

• Proven high performance: Demonstrated success in previous roles, with a track record of delivering results.

• Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to project ownership, ensuring excellence from start to finish.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners across functions.

• Relevant degree: Engineering, Math, Economics, or equivalent experience.

• CRM experience: Ideally with Salesforce, to leverage customer data effectively.

• Local to Miami: Please note that this position requires in-office presence, and we are unable to consider candidates outside the Miami area
