We are looking for a Business Analyst. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
About the position?
You will have a pivotal role between MMPJ (Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët) transversal functions, AOC Finance teams, PR Group teams, contributing to both MMPJ 'entity' and MMPJ 'brands' performances and acting as a key stakeholder in all Finance related processes.
Your main responsibility?
You will Support the Business Analysis Manager by providing an accurate monitoring of A&P investments and support on European subsidies process
You will operate as a business partner across all functions, while engaging teams in developing a finance savvy mindset
You will support stakeholders in their financial modeling needs
You will ensure the reliability and accuracy of MMPJ financial data
You will support the Group and MMPJ 'Finance Transformation' journey
Your key missions?
Reporting & planning
You will drive closing, forecasting and monitoring of A&P investments, supporting key stakeholders with insights and recommendations
You will monitor and compare actual performance vs. plan and forecast and ensure alignment with targets, KPIs and overall company and Group objectives and strategies.
You will ensure consistency and reliability of financial data reported to Pernod Ricard
You will plan ad hoc business and financial analysis with recommendations to support top management and other departments' requirements and initiatives.
You will participate to Finance Transformation (Group and internal MMPJ projects)
Other duties and responsibilities
You will be responsible for the European subsidies process, including support to markets (finance & marketing teams) and monitoring of the performance
You will drive modeling of Tax related process with group tax team and ensure communication with affiliates and internal stakeholders on transfer prices
You will drive new initiatives and projects aimed at improving reporting processes and operational efficiency.
You will liaise with external auditors for year-end audit.
You will help the management and other functions with any specific financial analysis demand.

You have a degree in Finance or in a related field
You have at least 2 years experience (internships & apprenticeships included) in a related field
You have strong knowledge of accounting concepts (P&L, balance sheet etc..)
You have a strong interest for information systems with strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
You are curious and have a an interest for business
You are adaptable and you are able to create strong partnerships with a wide range of different profiles
You have good planning, organization and presentation skills
You speak English and French fluently
