Job Description Job Description METECS is an engineering company, headquartered in Houston, TX, just outside the gates of NASA’s Johnson Space Center. We are looking for a self-motivated, high performing candidate who will provide contract administration, subcontract administration, compliance activities, financial reporting, and milestone monitoring in support of our NASA and commercial contracts.

Responsibilities: Works with management to ensure company and project resources stay within budget Support program planning for contracts Preparation of cost estimates Assurance of compliance with contract requirements Review subcontractor invoices and prepare corresponding payment vouchers Assist in preparation of subcontracts, subcontract contract modifications, and work orders Required: Bachelor's Degree in related field 0-3 years of contract administration experience Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and Word Skills including experience with Macros Strong prioritization, multi-tasking and organizational skills Must be a team player with good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Desired: Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Clauses (FAR) clauses Citizenship or lawful permanent resident required due to federal position.
