3Ci is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in ServiceNow to join our team for one of our banking clients. Our client heavily utilizes ServiceNow across almost every module. Following issues with outsourced development work, particularly the absence of a Business Analyst component, they are transitioning to an internal team model and are seeking to add a skilled BA to their team. This is a contract position initially set until the end of the year, with potential for renewal, based in the Southeast.
General Requirements
Strong Business Analyst skills with the ability to translate business needs into SNOW solutions
Familiarity with ServiceNow Catalog items and understanding of frontend and backend options
Solid experience with SNOW workflows (technical expertise not required)
Extensive knowledge of various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and SAM
Prior experience in banking is highly desired to understand banking business needs
Essential Functions
Act as a bridge between development teams and business stakeholders regarding ServiceNow (SNOW) implementations
Facilitate the capture of detailed requirements and effectively communicate them to the development team
Assist internal customers in understanding decision points and ensure correct stakeholder identification
Work within a hybrid methodology environment, blending Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Understand and utilize various modules within the ServiceNow platform, particularly focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Project Management
Perform other tasks as required
