Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will work with Finance and Business Development to create financial models and evaluate potential opportunities for new stores in Airports, Rail stations and Casinos. The role will require you to work cross-functionally with the business to gather data and information to validate the assumptions made in the modeling process. You will present your numbers to senior managers within the company to gain their buy-in for potentially significant investments.

• Work with the Business Development team to understand scope of projects

• Create & maintain reports that communicate analyzed data to different departments or leadership levels that include key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and visualizations that make the information digestible

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

• Be responsible for both ad hoc analysis & assisting with development of dashboards for Accounting/Finance Reporting & Store Operations insights

• Work autonomously to complete projects from ideation to final deliverable

• Creatively and independently problem solve for business needs using data that may need to be curated through collaboration with IT & Store Operations

• Query and analyze data using approved reporting tools to reach concrete conclusions through interpretation of data and present results in a clear and concise manner

• Collaborate across several business areas to streamline and automate daily tasks increasing business effectiveness and efficiency

• Support Financial Planning team's Oracle EPM solution as backup administrator

• Performs other duties as assigned
