Liberty Healthcare conducts assessments and needs-based eligibility determinations for North Carolinians who are applying for Medicaid-funded services. These assessments help individuals receive appropriate levels of home and community-based health services.
Due to an anticipated expansion of services and organizational growth, Liberty is now hiring for a newly-created full-time Business Analyst position which will be responsible for:
Collaborating with internal SMEs to identify and understand their analytical needs and translating these into impactful solutions
Cleansing, merging, and processing data required to generate dashboards and reports for quality, operational, and financial purposes
Analyzing existing and proposed work flows to ensure they support efficient business practices and align with key performance indicators
Assist operations staff in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and invoices
Advocacy and championing for the development and use of analytic platforms and tools by operational business managers

This position is based in Liberty's office located at 5540 Centerview Drive in Raleigh, NC. Some occasional travel to other Liberty office locations may be required from time to time.
You're a good fit for this position if you possess these attributes:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Professional experience in a comparable Business Analyst role
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience with SAS, SQL, VBA, or another similar programming language
Experience with one or more process improvement methodologies
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
