Base Pay/Salary: Jersey City,NJ $167,500.00-$190,000.00

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Manage and execute projects using data analysis and visualization, process improvement techniques, and other business improvement and transformation tools.

Structure and conduct analytics to identify potential opportunities for change, including the identification of the key measures that will move the needle for specific GTI products. Maintain suite of dashboards and analytic assets end-to-end including technology strategy, UI, data connections/ ETL, database, automation, testing and quality control. Manage portfolio of development work using agile methodologies.

Leverage data visualization tools such as Tableau and QlikView and data transformation tools such as Alteryx to build impactful dashboards for leadership and GTI stakeholders. Work with stakeholders on requirements, including senior leadership, for key business metrics, visualization, and delivery and enabling actionable insights. Create presentations and communicate project updates and recommendations to senior leadership and impacted stakeholders ensuring that BI and data needs are being met.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered as a Computer Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Tableau; QlikView; Alteryx; SAP Business Object; JIRA; SharePoint; GitHub; Confluence; Cognos; Sybase; RESTAPI; Python; HTML; CSS; JS project; Databases like Oracle and SQL Server; Project Management; and User Requirements.
