As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the technical team and our business clients. You will be responsible for advocating for the business's needs throughout the complex solution development lifecycle, from initiation to post-implementation follow-up. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of both business processes and technical solutions.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
Eight (8) years of experience in Business/Systems analysis or a related field
Experience writing User Stories in an Agile environment
General Requirements
Ability to learn additional systems as needed
Strong research and data analysis skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong project management skills
Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills

Essential Functions
Advocate for business clients throughout the solution development lifecycle, including initiation, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation follow-up
Perform complex analysis to identify core business issues and map out potential solutions in collaboration with business clients
Develop business cases for proposed solutions, outlining the need, method, and benefits of implementation
Work closely with development teams to refine solution designs, methods, and outcomes
Monitor progress to ensure that emerging solutions meet the demands outlined in requirement documents
Resolve conflicts arising from technical deviations and ensure alignment with agreed-upon requirements
Collaborate with testing teams to ensure identified issues are fully resolved prior to rollout
Evaluate user interactions with solutions during implementation and make necessary modifications as needed
Stay updated on best practices, resources, and trends in the industry
May work on assignments spanning multiple business or technical areas
Conduct research to guide the development and implementation of new initiatives
Act as a trainer, mentor, and advisor to all levels within the organization
May lead large and/or high-impact projects
Perform other tasks as required
