Summary:

Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC. (ChESS) is seeking a Business Analyst IV to provide contract support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Forms Management Office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, studies and analyses of work processes, inter-relationships, management, and other elements, to recommend optimal structures and processes for the adjudication, review, consolidation decision-making, and creation of DHA forms in coordination with Services.

  • Provide programmatic analysis with retrospective and current assessments of program performance.

  • Provide analysis on metrics and standards to monitor program effectiveness.

  • Documenting lessons learned and best practices.

  • Applying industry standards business process reengineering techniques such as Lean Six Sigma.

Minimum Qualifications:
(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline and at least 7 years of experience in the public health field.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated experience and ability to direct multiple advanced technology design, development, integration, testing, training, deployment, and operation and/or maintenance efforts.

  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Experience with business process mapping and designing role based flow charts.

  • Experience in Microsoft suite of tools including Adobe and SharePoint.

  • Experience with business process improvement methodologies.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to maintain collaborative working relationships with internal business partners, IT team and technology service providers.

  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.

  • Superb written and oral communication skills.

  • Demonstrated experience leading programs supporting the federal government. Experience with the Department of Defense and/or Defense Health Agency (DHA) a plus.
