Business Analyst

Must Haves: -At least 3 years of experience

• Strong understanding of financial and budgeting concepts Day to Day: A client in Houston has a permanent opening for a Staff Analyst to join their Account Services team within their Finance division. The Staff Analyst will provide professional analytical and administrative services to the Sr. Staff Analyst of Business Support Services. Assists the Service Line in the effective discharge of responsibilities by furnishing analyses, appraisals, recommendations, and information concerning the activities and programs reviewed. Researching, tracking, and summarizing customer operation data, including but not limited to calls, exceptions, trends, consumption, and billing analyses. Developing, maintaining, and reporting on monthly and quarterly customer service, operating and financial metrics. Development of nonroutine reports and presentations to Senior Management; use of current technology to produce, deliver, and distribute reports and analysis.
