As a Business Analyst for Insight, you will enter a high-energy and tech savvy world. We are looking for someone who is a team player, an excellent communicator and has experience as a Business Analyst at a mid-to-large sized company.

As a Business Analyst , you can expect to:

  • Develop. You will integrate into our client's environment and gain institutional knowledge to develop efficient business processes and procedures.

  • Analyze: You will provide analysis and reporting for PMO department

  • Be client focused. You will hold status meetings, monthly updates, and quarterly meetings that report on performance, issues, and continuous improvement.

  • Be challenged. Your job is always evolving and complex as a Business Analyst. You will be meeting, interacting and building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders of the company.

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the following areas:

  • Identifying, analyzing and recommending business processes, procedures, changes, and process improvements across a services organization.

  • Experience leading teams through business process analysis, requirements definition, problem solving and change management.

  • Representing services organizations in cross functional process/system design and development efforts.

  • The ability to identify the need for, and plan change management to ensuring a seamless transition from existing processes to new processes.

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in order to obtain information needed quickly.

  • Experienced facilitating meetings with process owners to define new processes or fix existing processes.

  • Introducing and maintaining highly repeatable and reliable processes, as well as supporting standards.

  • Developing methodology and documenting business processes to ensure process documentation is current.

  • Must have experience using SharePoint. Infopass and Nintex experience is highly desirable.

  • A strong understanding of Project Management best practices, standards, and methodologies.

  • Must have strong decision making and time management skills.

Working independently under limited supervision, the individual in this role will plan, design, develop, and analyze business plans for complex problems. You will be responsible for gathering and coordinating project impact assessments from various groups within a client's organization; working with partners to understand their business requirements and define project scope; and helping program managers define requirements and successfully track projects throughout their respective life cycles. Position located in Phoenix, AZ. No relocation provided. What You'll Do * Actively run overall business analysis efforts according to the overall project plan * Lead a team to drive requirements gathering sessions and preparing and delivering client presentations and work products/prototypes. * Facilitate the development of standard methodology future state workflows while identifying interpersonal and technical gaps that need to be filled. * Lead business process current state discovery sessions and effectively gather current state workflows. * Translating business requirements into solution design * Defining and executing workflow-based end-user test scenarios * Assisting with test data management and execution oversight * Lead development of detailed plan to fill current state/future state gaps. * Actively run BA portion of the project plan * Lead direct or indirect employees for specific projects or objectives. * Lead client status and executive review meetings as needed. * Fully understand client business and become the key trusted adviser. * Demonstrate a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approach. * Drive additional opportunities at client. What You'll Bring * 5+ years of business or functional analyst experience in a consulting environment * Bachelor's degree * Experience working in Agile environments. * You are skilled at analyzing complex issues and distilling concepts to clients. * You can delicately identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues. * You have strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills, while working independently * You have organizational skills and the ability to handle a vast array of information. * You have a deep understanding of the role of data management, information flow, and data governance issues. * You have experience with market data and vendor integration and management. * You are able to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs. * You are an authority in defining and documenting business processes and requirements for ongoing system enhancement initiatives.
