Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst.

This position's primary responsibility will be to interface with end-users, IT teams and key stakeholders to gather system requirements. Will also apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation; this opportunity is to be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Newark DE or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

• Experience as an IT Business Analyst /Product Owner.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 to 8 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.

• Agile Product Owner certification is good to have.

• At least 4 years of experience in Agile projects.

• Strong expertise with Microsoft office (Excel, Power point).

• Experience running SQL queries and working with databases (preferably Cassandra, Mongo DB and Hadoop).

• At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.

• At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.

• At least 2 years of experience in Banking domain.

• Experience in Agile and validation tools like Rally/JIRA, Hive, RIT.

• Analytical and Communication skills.

• Planning and Co-ordination skills.

• Experience with project management.

• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel .

• Ability to understand customer needs and translate those needs into prioritized features for execution.

• Excellent communications skills required to gain alignment, and influence priorities.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
