The role will be primarily responsible for Commercial compensation data alignment, analysis and strategic insights development as well as financial reporting. In addition, it will also focus on other strategic business operations initiatives that drive Commercial goal execution. This role is based in Memphis, TN.
Set up an improvement process for compensation data analysis and alignment across multiple platforms including Salesforce and Marketplace.
Conduct regular analysis of compensation plan impact on business performance across all roles and make change recommendations.
Structure payroll reports and statement templates and work with Tech team to operationalize in Xactly tool.
Effectively collaborate with Legal to ensure agreements match compensation policies and manage full execution in Xactly.
Leverage compensation plan insights to propose and operationalize SPIFs.
Develop expertise in Xactly compensation tool.
Collaborate with Finance to manage payouts and adjustments in accurate and timely manner.
Develop an understanding of the sales process to assist with strategic go to market initiatives that require business analysis.
Excellent analytical capabilities, top tier financial modeling skills/experience, and insight development

BA in Finance, Accounting or another quantitative field, MBA preferred
5-7 years of working experience in consulting, financial sector or another relevant field
Process and/or incentive management experience is plus
Salesforce reporting experience required.
Strong PowerPoint skills
Ag industry background is a plus
