This position sits within the Digital Transformation & Technology department at Chick-fil-A. As a Level III Business Analyst in this area, you will be responsible for overseeing the systems that enable the Support Center campus operations at our Atlanta headquarters. This requires detailed knowledge of the architecture of multiple systems in order to troubleshoot issues that arise and the ability to recommend changes in the process to grow with the business as needed. You will play a vital part in the health, stability and scalability of these systems.
This role is based in Atlanta, GA
Serve as a trusted IT advisor and liaison for the Campus Operations business function and their vendors.
Support technical integrations as well as build multi-year technology roadmaps for systems.
Lead projects with minimal supervision. Drive decisions and determine compromises to keep projects moving forward.
Assign development tasks to contractors, vendors and engineers to effectively deliver outcomes and results.
Show awareness of opportunities to streamline processes with automated solutions, new technologies and process change.
Bachelor's degree preferably in a technical field of study
Experience with SQL
Familiarity with AWS services and best practices
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Builds strong relationships with others and values the opinions and strengths of teammates

Self-starter who completes responsibilities with minimal supervision
