  • Mar Tech Product Analyst, Web 2 Lead

Responsibilities:

_

  • Monitor field requests (Chatter groups, email), triage, analyze and document product bugs (GUS tickets) and enhancements for prioritization and development

  • Diagnose technical issues with existing platform configurations and tags, and facilitate solution and resolution

  • Serve as subject matter expert on web to lead initiatives (forms, analytics, chat, ad tag management, etc)

  • Lead business requirements gathering sessions with Product Managers, Systems Analysts, technical considerations with Solution Architects and execute with development on projects, features and other key initiatives

  • Experience identifying and addressing customer needs, building relationships with customers, developing an awareness of relevant services, communicating with customers in an organized and knowledgeable manner, and delivering clear requests for information

  • Engage in detailed technical discussions with engineering and operational teams and making technology related solution decisions

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and maintain business and technical requirements documents

  • Provide hands-on expert consultation to your team members, including developers, support staff on technical issues

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager, Enablement on the development and documentation of technology and operational best practices

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degre or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years' experience working in web analytics or a related field

  • Must have strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and strategic brand management and how these relate to web analytics

  • Tag Management Systems

  • Google Marketing Platform

  • BigQuery

  • Adobe Suite

  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS

  • Web development experience

  • Solid understanding of online marketing

  • Strong understanding of HTML and web protocols

  • Intermediate-to-advanced JavaScript skills

  • Passion for the internet domain and use of technology to solve business problems

  • Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success

  • Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset

  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively

Responsibilities: * Perform supply chain analyses in excel to support strategic decisions (e.g. comparison of freight costs by product line, forecast monthly storage capacity for a warehouse). * Compile large supply chain datasets in excel – often for formal data submissions to equipment vendors or third party service providers. * Summarize analysis conclusions into concise presentation materials for executive review. * Create formal business case materials for supply chain projects. * Drive all analyses to meaningful conclusions. Gain stakeholder alignment on key decisions and clearly define action plans once a decision is made. * Collaborate with team members across the organization to ensure all relevant "subject matter experts" have provided input on analyses. * Build complex supply chain models using optimization software (e.g. network optimization modeling, facility simulations, inventory optimization modeling). * On occasion – serve as a project manager on major supply chain initiatives. Characteristics of Success: * Attention to detail – fine tune every aspect of an analysis before presenting a formal recommendation. * Sense of urgency – maintain an intense focus on meeting deadlines. * Ability to push forward on projects despite ambiguity and changing priorities. * Demonstrated ability to effectively present to executives. * Ability to collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization while maintaining an upbeat attitude. * Ability to follow KDP Policies and Procedures as well as our Operating Principles. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
