Business Analyst II will support the operations and management team by providing timely and accurate reporting for internal and external clients, creating and improving process workflows, participating in optimizing existing processes and identifying and implementing new automation opportunities.
Work closely with Management to develop and maintain business performance reports and dashboards
Provide analytical support to various business groups and external clients.
Validate processes and controls through data analysis.
Assist management with review of existing business processes to identify automation opportunities
Create Ad-Hoc reporting
B.S. degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
3+ years writing SQL queries and extracting data from databases to be used in analysis
3+ years of experience creating reports and validating analysis
Detail oriented with ability to accurately gather and analyze data. Proven history of solving problems and improving processes, increasing efficiency, and thinking creatively.
Proven track record in building and maintaining Ad-Hoc reports
Excellent negotiation and customer skills with both internal and external customers
Excellent computer skills, including use of all Office applications
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle stress and multiple projects with competing interests for time
Ability to organize and manage projects simultaneously
Experience in default mortgage servicing or banking preferred
