Quad/Graphics is seeking an entry-level Business Analyst for our Sussex location. The Business Analyst will work closely with Software Development teams to analyze planned software changes and create testing documentation while serving as a liaison between IS and the business.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Performing system beta testing and providing feedback to the team
Providing professional, courteous, timely and dependable support using strong analytical ability to our 24/7 business
Preparing business area leadership and end users for changes resulting from business process improvements and rollout business software tools
Creating end-user documentation in coordination with our Technical Writing area
Actively contributing in a small-team environment by participating in business process discussions, taking ownership of assigned tasks, and delivering tangible results and understand business operations and processes to apply them to create design documentation for development to follow.
At least three (3) years of previous Business Analyst, or equivalent, experience is required
Must have a Bachelor's degree in MIS, Operations Management, or general Business
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is highly preferred
Must possess good verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to actively
contribute in a team environment and a passion for technology
