Business Analyst II
Position Description Overview
This position will reside in the client PMO team and will support system settings analysis, configuration and testing on a defined product set as well as development requests at the direction of the client.
Implements changes to platform parameter settings at the client's direction
Assist in conditioning test accounts and executing test scripts
Includes working closely with clients and internal departments to clearly understand and address business problems and issues
Responsible for delivery of projects to the client and/or internal organizations
Includes completion and approval of testing
Ensures business and system development methodologies are followed and continuously improved
Includes ensuring clients and other departments actively participate in appropriate phases of the process, such as requirements definition, quality inspection of design documents, testing and validation
Scope of Job
Understand current business procedures, problems with those current procedures, and possible solutions that use current modeling technology. This includes data gathering and exploration, research into current industry trends, and what competitors might be doing.
Knowledge of Fiserv system (PCF, ACS, Letters, DQ, Rules)
3 or more years Project Tracking experience
2-year Degree or equivalent experience
Experience with PC's; strong verbal, written and organizational skills
Strong customer orientation
Detailed orientated/Quality focused
Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, change in direction and altering priorities
Proven ability to thrive in fast paced, dynamic environment
Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments
Experience working with SharePoint, Clarity and 3270 preferred
Measurement of Effectiveness
